When I asked - "Isn't that something I would expect YOU to do?" he answered that they were just a courier service and that I should call State. Tried again and spoke to someone who was able to locate my application, but suggested I call the State Department to check the status. When I called PMP, I reached someone who didn't have any answers, then hung up on me. I called and found out that they didn't send my application out until June 22, and it didn't get to State until June 28 (what happened to the money I paid for expedited shipping. I Fedex'ed the packet on June 8, with my travel date of August 9, so I though I would be OK even with some delays.
